The Basics

These terms govern purchases made at store.gtq.tax, operated by GTQ Tax & Advisory, a division of GTQ LLC ("we," "us"). By completing a purchase you accept these terms.

Digital Products

All products are digital files (PDF or ZIP). Nothing is shipped. After payment you receive a secure download link on the confirmation page and by email; links are valid for 7 days and can be reissued on request.

License

Unless a product page states otherwise, each purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the material within one firm or one household, including:

• Internal use, customization, and printing of templates for your own practice or taxes.
• Use of guides for personal or internal-firm education.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, redistribute, or republish the files or their contents.
• Present the materials as your own product or course.
• Remove attribution or document-control notices where included.

Multi-firm, association, or enterprise licensing is available on request.

Payments and Taxes

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Listed prices include any applicable sales tax on digital goods.

Refunds

Our refund policy is on the Refund Policy page and is incorporated into these terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

TaxDome and other product names referenced are trademarks of their respective owners. GTQ Tax & Advisory is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by them.

Changes and Governing Law
