14-Day Guarantee

If a digital product is substantially not as described on its product page, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. Email [email protected] with your order number and a short note about what fell short.

What Counts

  • The product is materially different from its description and included-items list.
  • The file is corrupt or will not open, and we cannot fix it quickly.
  • You were charged in error or double-charged.

What Doesn't

  • Buyer's remorse after the material was fully delivered as described.
  • Disagreement with general tax information in an educational guide.
  • Requests made after 14 days (though talk to us — we are reasonable people).

Services

Consultations booked through this store are free. For paid firm services, refund terms are set in your engagement letter with GTQ Tax & Advisory, not by this policy.

How Refunds Are Issued

Refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days of approval. Refunded download links are deactivated.
